2.- The rates covered by the "Best price guarantee" must be accessible to the public, available for reservation and bookable on another internet site at the time of claim verification by BQHoteles, applies to an equivalent type of room and board.
3.- The guarantee do not apply for reservation on the same day.
4.- Expressly excluded are:Group Rates, Corporate Rates, Rates granted to meetings (Conference and seminar organizers), For non published overnights rates, All inclused offers and arrangements, Overnights stays which has been booked and which are to be paid by means of a voucher.
5.- The Best Price Guarantee applies for comparable offers, which must correspond in the the following criteria:Date of arrival, Duration of stay, Number of persons, Room category, Total price, Inclusive services and fees (Breakfast, service charge, etc.), Booking conditions such as Cancellation conditions, Limitations involving change in reservation, Advance payments.
6.- A claim may be made within the 24 hours following the booking made on www.bqhoteles.com , as attested by the time on the reservation. In the event that the claim for the Best Price Guarantee is accepted, we will settle the guest´s bill at the more favourable overnight stay price.
