Peguera – also known as Paguera – is a tourist complex located in the municipality of Calvià, Majorca, nicknamed “Little Germany” by many due to its popularity with German visitors.
The complex lies 6 km north of Santa Ponsa and is near Camp de Mar, and boasts three beaches of fine sand: Peguera Romana, Torà and Palmira de Peguera, with all the amenities that any tourist seeking a day of sun, fun and sea could wish for.
Peguera is also an excellent spot to choose if you want to explore the natural setting of the south-west of Majorca, since it provides good access to rambling routes, and is also a short distance away from some of the villages of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.
The community is totally international; Peguera is famous for its cleanliness, and the centre of Peguera houses all kind of services and restaurants for tourists. Peguera is also directly connected to the motorway to Palma, which is 30 minutes away.
