If you find a lower rate on another website within 48 hours of making your booking, BQ Hotels will match the price, provided that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, occupancy, board basis, cancellation policy and currency, and that the rate is public and bookable under the same conditions without using a VPN or tools to modify the location or country of search.
The request must be sent by email to central@bqhoteles.com, including proof of the rate (screenshot with all the booking details and full link).
